Since the purpose of this "contest" was to gain new insights, see new bloggers, and hopefully get some new readers to your blogs and mine, I would say that I have both thoroughly enjoyed reading new blogs/new insights and I have added your blogs to my reading list, so please, by all means, keep blogging! I've enjoyed your perspectives! I have also seen an increase in my "daily stats," and hopefully you have, too. So, the contest was fun and rewarding for me personally. Now, to the results. Since as bloggers we know that our readers can be fickle, I wouldn't want anyone to make large-scale generalizations about the results. Having said that, I will also add that the click-through numbers were seperated only by tenths of points, not whole numbers. I totaled your click-throughs from each day, divided that by the number of days that your blog was linked here, and got an average for each of you. The highest average was...Amanda J., and I will be delivering her box of goodies this week. Keep in mind that you may have had larger numbers on your stats than I had in click-throughs because to show up with a "hard number" for counting, the reader had to be sent here to this post, read your comments, and click on your blog to get "counted." If they already follow your blog, it's likely they just went to your site directly. So again, don't make any generalizations about this "contest" as it is only a reflection of the click-throughs on readership that can vary from day to day. Enough caveats for you? Can't say I totally agree with the "Thank You, My Kids ARE Normal" one. I'm kinda thinking that oldest son of yours is pretty abnormally fantastic. And the youngest one? Definitely abnormally clever. And the girls? Definitely abnormally beautiful and wonderful. :)
